STEM Learning has brought together British and Brazilian schools, teachers and young people to find out more about the impact of climate change. Using real satellite data students will have the opportunity to investigate the effects of deforestation in both the UK and Brazil.

Aspire Academy has been partnered with ECI Mestre Julio Sarmento and Inotech, both in Brazil. Each school will produce a project report in their native language which addresses conservation and issues around deforestation, working together and collaborating on findings, discussing outcomes and courses of action that are relevant to the issues.

Aspire's Eco-council will be one of the groups taking part with emails and video conferences being organised between the schools for the next half term.
