At Aspire Academy, providing early help to our students and families means we can be more effective in promoting support as soon as possible. Early help means providing support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child’s life so they can all achieve and aspire.

We have a strong safeguarding culture at Aspire, which promotes trust between all adults and students so that they can speak to us about their worries or concerns. We also work closely with our multi-agency partners across the town. Schools can provide early help as a single agency or alongside a group of professionals with the family at the centre of the planning and decision making.
