It’s all food for thought!

Year 10 Art Textiles have been visited Blackpool and The Fylde and Blackpool Sixth form to gain additional skills. They are completed beautiful silk paintings at Blackpool and The Fylde and worked on some carbon drawings at Blackpool Sixth form, these pieces of work will be added to their Art portfolios for their current project 'food'. 

Year 7 food groups have had the taste of running their own kitchen. Each kitchen was appointed a Head Chef and a Sous chef, the teams had to take control and make sure all their work force was on task and understood how to get a good end product, each kitchen was their responsibility and all areas had to be completed from prep work to clean down, the groups worked to a really high standard and enjoyed the responsibility.
