Dear Parent/Carer,

As you will be aware there is the possibility of a heatwave in Blackpool today and tomorrow. To support students to remain in school they can wear their PE kits for the two days. Please ensure that your child has a water bottle and sun cream if they do have PE. All rooms are well ventilated with openable windows so there is no reason for student absence on the grounds that it is too hot.
