Yesterday our Year 7 girls took part in the final evening of this year's annual badminton tournament held in Blackpool Sports Centre at Stanley Park. They competed against six other local high schools, working extremely hard and having a great time.
Although their efforts were not rewarded with a top three placing, they enjoyed the experience and represented Aspire Academy admirably.
Taking part for Year 7 were Darcy, Joy, Conni-Mai, Kayleigh-Mae, Kaysie, Maria, Cole, Darcie, Anya and Lilly.
