Fourteen of our Year 10 Separate Physics students took part in a 3-day work experience at Lancaster University Physics department, from 25th March to 27th March, designed to help develop crucial college and university level study and thinking skills.
Our students experimented with spectrometry, gravitational pull, solar panels and wind turbines as well as background radiation.
Their task was to complete a set of experiments and produce an academic poster to present to the rest of the department.
Congratulations to all for completing the placement and setting themselves higher standards in Physics.
