The Ogden Trust, Future U and Blackpool Sixth Form held their annual physics awards evening on Monday, 26th June. 

Our worthy winners this year are:

  • KS3 Physicist of the year: Joshua (Year 9)
  • KS4 Physicist of the year: Leah (Year 10)
  • Science capital student of the year: Finley (Year 10)

Following the presentation, Dr Nick Lister kindly gave an overview of the advances in space and latest discoveries and how a trip to Mars might one day be plausible.
