On Friday 3rd February, Lauren Shields from Oxford University came into Blackpool Aspire Academy to talk to some of our Year 11 students about choosing Oxford University as a higher education provider. She explained how background does not matter, only passion and grades. She explained how the university system works and what colleges were.

This talk was very useful as Lauren answered all questions and showed students the website if we needed extra information.
