The whole Year 10 cohort attended experience days at Blackpool Sixth Form College this week, where they took part in various activities, learned about the different courses on offer and met lecturers and support staff.
As quite a few of our students are still to decide what they would like to do once they leave Aspire Academy, it was an opportunity for them to consider their options and see what career opportunities awaited them.
Thanks must go to all the staff members who took the time to escort the groups and made the events so successful and to the students, who once again demonstrated a great attitude and represented the school so well, gaining some great feedback from the college staff.
More college visits, workshops and talks will be scheduled for the Autumn term.
